The purchaser MUST present a valid (2023-2024) French identity card and shooting license only, together with the original authorization. Category B firearms will only be issued after consultation of the FINIADA file (cost: 30 euros payable by the purchaser). If the purchaser of a category B firearm is registered in the FINIADA file, the sale will automatically be null and void. Foreigners who do not have these papers must be represented by a French gunsmith for the purchase. MODERN HUNTING AND SHOOTING WEAPONS ARE SOLD IN THE STATE IN WHICH THEY WERE MANUFACTURED.
