FOR ALL PURCHASES OF CATEGORY C WEAPONS: The purchaser MUST present a valid (2022/2023) French identity card and French hunting license only, or a valid French shooting license only. Category C weapons will only be issued after consultation of the FINIADA file. Hunting license holders must have created their SIA account. Registration of the buyer of a category C firearm in the FINIADA file will automatically invalidate the sale. Foreigners who do not have these papers must be represented by a French gunsmith for the purchase.

For purchases under 100€, your bank account will be automatically debited within 3 days, unless you specify otherwise.
For amounts over 100€, we will send you a secure payment link via interencheres (validation with your cell phone).
IMPORTANT: Any auction slip that remains unpaid to POUSSE-CORNET within one month, or that is subject to late payment, will result in the defaulting buyer's registration in the TEMIS File: a national file of bad payers, prohibiting him/her from bidding anywhere in France thereafter.

COLLECTION / STORAGE FEES
Pick-ups at the Blois auction house from Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm/14pm-6pm. If your purchases cannot be shipped (fragility, size, weight...), it is your responsibility to arrange collection within 15 days of the sale. (Indicative list of carriers in PJ). After this deadline, you will be charged a storage fee (5€/day).
