FOR ALL PURCHASES OF CATEGORY C FIREARMS: The purchaser must:

Have opened a SIA account and be up to date with all required documentation, whether you are a hunter or a shooter, only in the case of a purchase (blois@poussecornet.com / tel. 02 54 78 45 58)

MUST present a valid French ID card and French hunting license (valid for 2025/2026 or 2026/2027) or a valid French shooting license. Category C firearms will only be issued after consulting the FINIADA database. The registration fee per firearm is 30 euros, payable by the purchaser (for both individuals and professionals). Holders of a hunting license must have created their SIA account. If the purchaser of a Category C firearm is listed in the FINIADA database, the sale will automatically be void. Foreign nationals who do not have these documents must be represented by a French gunsmith for the purchase.
FOR ALL PURCHASES OF CATEGORY D FIREARMS (FREE SALE): You must be of legal age and provide a valid ID (national ID card or passport)
SALES FEES: 25% and 14.28% (*for judicial lots) - Additional registration fee: €30 per Category C firearm, payable by the purchaser
MODERN HUNTING AND SHOOTING FIREARMS ARE SOLD AS-IS.
Purchases must be picked up on-site on the day of the sale or the following day, also on-site at GAME FAIR, 6 Rue du Souvenir Français, 41600 Lamotte-Beuvron, or starting Tuesday the 15th and for the following ten days at the Blois office at 32 avenue du Maréchal Maunoury, 41000 BLOIS (opening hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
