Historical Memories & Militaria
We have developed a Militaria and Historical Memorabilia department since 2019 with the assistance of our CNES expert, Mr. Laurent Mirouze. In 2023, the Voluntary Sales Council (Conseil des maisons de ventes) ranked us as the Leader in France in the Militaria and Arms sales category. We organize specialized auction sales every two months in Blois and Orléans, which enjoy growing success.
Our sales notably include: orders of chivalry, edged weapons and firearms, headgear, uniforms, and accessories. For the Year of De Gaulle, we had the honor of selling an extremely rare poster of the Appeal of June 18, 1940, from the first printing known as "Fallek" (hammered at €38,400), as well as an exceptional Model 1873 Chamelot-Delvigne service revolver commemorating the second Tonkin expedition (€10,200).
HUNTING WEAPONS - ANIMAL ART - HUNTING / VÉNERIE
Every year in June, we organize a benchmark auction of "Hunting & Collectible Weapons" as part of the Game Fair in Lamotte-Beuvron (Sologne), which gathers nearly 80,000 hunting enthusiasts over three days. At the end of August, we travel to the prestigious setting of the Château de Montpoupon in Touraine to present a fine selection of hunting paintings and prints, hunting buttons, animal bronzes, etc.
