Kriegsmarine officer's dagger model 1938, white filigree celluloid handle, gilt brass guard, locking button, double-grooved blade acid-etched with an anchor and floral and naval motifs, signed "SIEGFRIED ERNST PACK & Sohn, M.B.H; Waffenfabrik, Solingen", scabbard with 2 gilded brass bracelets engraved with decorative motifs "GEORG STOYER, 1940", with troddel. L: 38.2 cm, blade: 25.2 cm. Worn gilding, frayed lanyard. ABE A small Corps franc Pommiès star is attached to the lanyard, according to the seller, this dagger was "captured" in Bordeaux in 1944.
